Course Description

FSSC 22000 combines ISO 22000, a sector-specific prerequisite programme standard from the ISO/TS 22002 series, and a set of additional scheme requirements. Version 6 expanded those additional requirements significantly, adding food safety culture, quality control, equipment management, food loss and waste, and requirements for the transport and storage sector among others.

This course is a practical implementation route rather than a clause reading. It assumes you have or are building an ISO 22000 system, and shows you what to add, what evidence auditors will ask for, and where sites most often fall short at their first certification audit.
